Tina brings to Gate House Realty over 15 years of real estate experience. Tina has called the Hudson Valley her home for over 40 years . Before locating to Dutchess County Tina lived in Croton-on-Hudson, New York. Croton is a small Hudson River Town about 30 minutes south of Beacon, where she was an active member of the Croton Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years and served on many committees with the volunteer fire department as well as being an Emergency Medical Technician.                 

 

Tina has three exciting children, Kenny, Heather & Melissa Bleakley, and married to her best friend Bill.They relocated to  Dutchess County in 2005 and chose Dutchess because of the easy commute to Westchester County and the property values which allowed us to purchase a great house in a beautiful family neighborhood with more affordable taxes

 

Previous experience includes Broker's Assistant with Village & Country Real Estate, Licensed Sales Associate with Prudential Richard Albert and Perry Kennedy Realty. In the past 16 years she has participated in many property sales (residential and commercial) and was honored with Prudential's Community Volunteer Award for all of her community involvement in Croton.
